Requirements:

B.Sc in Chemical Engineering / M.Sc in Applied Chemistry / M.Sc in Environmental Science.

Experience of working in an industrial work environment will be an advantageous.

Responsible For :

Maintaining meeting schedules & appointments of CEO.
Timely collection of work assignments from different departments assigned by CEO, in depth scrutinizing of the assignments and submitting the findings, summary & observations to CEO.
Ensuring timely submission of periodical reports from different departments with accurate information, preparing the summary & submitting to CEO.
Following up with departments & initiating necessary measures to ensure error free
submission of work assignments & reports.
Scrutinizing incoming documents & reports.
Any other work assigned by CEO.

Qualification:

Graduate ("O7 "A" level background will be preferred).
Minimum 4(four) years of experience in similar position.
Age 30 to 40 years as on 29.02.2012
Candidate should be smart and energetic & must have strong command in verbal & written from of English.
Similar experience in Real Estate Company will be an added advantage.

Executive for Sales Dept.

Hon's / BBA (MBA will be an added advantage).
Minimum 3 years of similar experience in any reputed Real Estate Company
Basic computer literacy is essential.

Sr. Executive for Estate Management and Logistics Dept.

LLB completed (LLM will be an added advantage).
Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing Deed, Agreement, Sale Deed & Power of Attorney etc. & in any type of legal work.
Strong Command on Microsoft Office & Bengali typing capability is a must.

Jr. Executive (Cad Operator - Female) for Design Dept.

Diploma in Civil / Architecture from any Institute.
Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D), CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop.
Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD operation.
