Qualification Required:
Professor: Ph.D. in Statistics from a reputed university and a minimum of ten years active teaching experience at the university level of which at least four years as an Associate Professor are required. Years of experience may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional publication record. Publications: Minimum fifteen articles in the international journals. At least five articles should be published during the last four years.
Associate Professor: Ph.D. in Statistics from a reputed university and a minimum of five years active teaching experience at the university level of which at least four years as an Assistant Professor are required. Years of experience may be reduced for candidates with exceptional publication record. Publications: Minimum eight articles in international journals. At least four articles should be published during the last four years.
Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in Statistics from a reputed university is a minimum requirement. Teaching: Teaching experience at the university level will be a plus point. Publications: Two articles in a refereed international journal.
Senior Lecturer: Master Degree in Statistics from a reputed university with two years experience of teaching at the university level or Master Degree from a reputed foreign university is a minimum requirement. At least one publication in a refereed journal is required.
Lecturer: Master Degree in Statistics with minimum five years university education from a reputed university is a minimum requirement. The candidate must have excellent academic results.
